Return Policy
Snoozles will accept, for return or exchange, items purchased from our website within 30 days of the purchase under the following conditions:
- There are no visible signs of damage
- All original packaging is intact
- Any sign of damage may compromise our guarantee
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Returned items must be in reasonable condition.
Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we may require proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).
Exchanges
For all returns or exchanges, please contact support@yoursnoozle.com and provide your order number and reason for return or exchange. We’ll handle your request according to the rules stated here.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds can take 2–3 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you still haven’t received your refund after this timeframe, please contact us at support@yoursnoozle.com so we can investigate the issue.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact support@yoursnoozle.com within 48 hours of delivery. We may not be able to honor claims made after this timeframe. We verify delivery timestamps through the carrier tracking link.
