Processing Time
We require between 2–5 working days on average to fulfill your order and transport it to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer, especially during holidays or high-demand periods (up to 10 days).
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:
- 🌍 Europe: 7–14 business days
Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your package leaves our warehouse, you can track it using the link in your shipping email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to speed up delivery. You’ll receive a separate tracking link for each package.
Address Changes
Once your order begins processing, we cannot modify or change the shipping address. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our prices.
Delayed or Lost Packages
